Welcome to the 2017 Fall Recreation Registration!

We are now in Late Registration Period which means we cannot guarantee a spot for your player, though we will do the best we can. Also, there is a $20 late fee. Late Registration Period ends June 30. 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete the registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

  1. This is registration for Recreation Soccer only. 
    1. ​Club (Travel) Soccer requires a tryout process and registration is an entirely different procedure.
    2. If you want to learn more about Club Soccer, please go to our Programs menu on our website.
  2. Recreation players are primarily put on teams based on the school they attend to ensure school friends play together. Practice location is not based on school option.
    1. ​If you have a special request for team placement (e.g. coach or friend) there is a field to do so during this process
      1. ​We cannot guarantee special requests although we will do our best to accommodate you and your player
      2. Special requests are treated on a first-come, first-serve basis
    2. Coaches need to be determined before we place players on teams
      1. ​For this reason, it is extremely vital that we have enough coaches
        1. ​If you wish to volunteer as a coach or you know someone who would like to volunteer as a coach, please contact Peter Weber at pweber@napaunited.org​
  3. ​​June 1st is the deadline to register for Recreation Soccer
    1. ​We will implement a late fee for anyone registering after June 1st
    2. Any player registered after June 1st will be placed on a wait list
      1. ​Wait-listed players are not guaranteed a team although we will do our best to find a team
      2. If Napa United cannot place a player, your registration fee will be refunded
    3. ​We have been successful in​ placing nearly every child registered before the deadline date of June 1st and many that register after June 1st.
  4. You should be contacted approximately the first week of August by your coach welcoming your player to his or her new team!

Please note, the registration process requires many hours of volunteer work. To make this process more efficient, we welcome any volunteer help we can receive. 

Family Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $20 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee.  In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.
